Sweet Wheels Man

We just got Roman this new car and he loves it!
Any time anyone else even touches it he freaks out,
its pretty funny so we do it on purpose for the reaction but we are pretty happy with the good weather so we can play with it outside!

SNOW!

This year we loved all the snow we got! We built a slide off our back deck! I bet if Daddy would have helped it would have actually been a good slide but we had fun anyway! We love the snow!

Movie time at our house means popcorn, jammies and blankets. Roman adds one more of his favorite things to this scenario.....

Cadens Stuff

Roman went into cadens room and found all sorts of treasures to model for us....first the superstar of the week hat that Caden got to have for being the superstar in his kindegarten class...roman found and wore proudly..
then he went into the closet and found Caden's hat and slippers for a gangsta look...can you tell he loves the camera?!

Christmas Morning

Caden and Max are now well seasoned on the happs of christmas morning so here is what the forced photo face looks like.
Roman on the other hand had no clue what was happening and was truly happy to show his elation to the camera! He even created a new look for christmas morning which has yet to go away, this is fine with me because it always cracks me up!

Max's 4th birthday

We celebrated Max's birthday at Jungle Jim's indoor amusement park. It was alot of fun, especially because Daddy got to be there! We picked him up from the airport right before we went there. This is Max laying infront of all the goods!
Since we were out getting Shawn and it was a busy day we opted for the easy birthday cake AKA snack cakes! They may have been cheap and no work at all but they were still yummy!
All that really matters it that max LOVED them!

Romans Hat

Roman was so exctied when he realized we had hats that fit him! Now after he gets dressed he goes and finds one of his hats to finish off the outfit.

The Devil Sleeps....

It's not that I think Max is the actual devil but he sure does have an evil side, man can he scream! So to see him sleeping in prayer position like a little angel was quite a photo op....It just helps me remember how sweet my little devil can be.

Corn Bellys at Thanksgiving Pointe ( I think they use an E at the end of point here, not sure)

We had a blast riding the cow train, jumping on the huge tramp thingy, going thru the corn maze, haunted dragon and playing on all the games. Lets not forget the pig and goat races! we love cornbellys!

Tim caught himself an Amy! Amy, just like me, sucks at lasso-ing (I have no idea how to spell that!)

We all tried out the lasso but lets face it I sucked! Shawn did catch something...they call it a Max...rare catch and all! Im pretty sure later that evening Amy caught herself a Tim or was it the other way around...

Aargh Matey!

Cadens 5th birthday was a blast, obviously it was a pirate party and we had 13 children under the age of 5 running around our house, thank goodness I had Shawn, Amy, Tim, Kori and my Mom to help tame the wild! We had carnival games, prizes cake and ice cream and even a game of tackle the shawn (pics to come soon) what an event...the outcome, next year we dont have to buy him any presents just have the guest list as large as this year:) To the right you se the pirates booty!!

So I thought it was funny that my last few entries were pics of us from Kori's wedding but we dont have a pic of Kori at all, then I found these on my camera that someone took of Kori and I looking at pictures from kori's wedding. How funny, well at least I find it funny!

Fall is Fun!

Im not sure why I called this Fall is Fun except the only reason we took the pic is because we were taking a drive into the canyon to see the leaves change color so I guess that means that fall is fun?! The boys in the mountains. cute

MUSA!

I am not sure why but the nickname we have developed for Roman is musa, so here is our little musa-me! Notice the LARGE blue eyes, yeah not cute at all!

Good times

Men can never be serious about anything, they are cuddling on a lion on a pic in lindz' camera, I'll have to get a copy to put up. I sure do miss our friends! I am glad they came to visit, thanks for getting married Kori!

Friends

Here we are at Kori's wedding, taking pics of ourselves!! Well, we never get to see Marc and Lindz anymore since they left us and moved to California, so we are showing what good friends we are by taking pics together, or something like that! :)

First day of school

Second year of pre school has oficially begun! we are still with the same teacher and we love her! Mrs. Redd is the best and Caden is doing very well. We can hardly wait for kindergarten!

Shawn teaching Bailey and Coop the art of wakeboarding! Yes, finally this year we were able to get a boat! I thought Shawn's head may explode if we didnt get our own boat soon!! Now he can go on! I love this pic of Shawn and Bailey, it was a great evening!

Cadens Haircut

We finally decided to cut Cadens hair, I was sure his forehead would be bright white from never seeing the sun. We think it makes him look like he is such a big boy, which I guess he is now!

My husband is the BEST!

After having Roman I got a little bit of the baby blues (ok a whole lot of the baby blues) so my wondrful husband surprised me and sent me to cali for a whole week with no kids to play with my best friend! This is us shopping in Santa Barbara. It was a little difficult to leave my three week old baby at home but I got over it for my week away and I came home feeling tons better!

Partners in Crime

It seems since the baby was born Caden and Max have only gotten crazier and more mischievous! If they aren't plotting together to drive me crazy then they are driving each other crazy which in turn- DRIVES ME CRAZY! At least it's summertime and I can send them outside!! Boys will be Boys and I wouldn't trade them for a stinky girl-ever! They are so much fun and always keep me laughing even if they did give me that enormous headache!

The graduate!

Shawn finally graduated from the University of Utah in May of this year! He got his bachelors in psychology. Now we only have about 4 years until we are totally done! For those of you that know Shawn well knows that he isn't too serious about much so we expected something out of the ordinary from him at graduation, it wasn't enough that he wore shorts and flip flops under his gown (at least he was dressed he wanted to go nude) he decided that when he got down to have his name called he didn't want someone else saying his name so he kindly took the microphone from the lady announcing names and announced his own! He also decided before they took his picture during the procession that he should remove the cardboard hat and replace it with his backwards baseball cap! Classy stuff :)
